Dr. Joel Fugleberg, BA, DC

­Dr. Joel Fugleberg graduated from Association Free Lutheran Bible School (AFLBS) in Plymouth,MN before attending the University of MN-Morris.There he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in biology before completing his doctorate training at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN­

Dr. Fugleberg has had several experiences that have helped shape his approach to chiropractic.In addition to several clinical internships, the most notable experience of his career was a missions trip to Costa Rica in which Dr. Fugleberg was awarded the privilege of serving in La Clinica Mariposa for three weeks.La Clinica is a non-profit clinic serving members of the Christian Foundation for Children and Aging.  "My trip to Costa Rica was an eye-opening experience that really showed the power of a chiropractic adjustment in changing lives. After adjusting one woman, she regained her hearing!" said Dr. Fugleberg.

Injuries led to Dr. Fugleberg's interest in chiropractic while wrestling for the University of MN-Morris.  He notes that he was intrigued with chiropractic's ability to get an athlete back into competition quickly and then its potential to promote optimal performance.  Dr. Fugleberg has worked with the Chaska Hawk wrestling team and has provided care for players of the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Timberwolves. 

In addition to the curriculum at Northwestern, Dr. Fugleberg has taken post-graduate educational coursework in various chiropractic techniques and is currently completing coursework to become certified in Wellness Science through the International Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Fugleberg enjoys spending time with his wife, Ann, his family and friends, and leading a healthy lifestyle.  He competes in various road races and triathlons recently finishing the Twin Cities marathon. 

His newest adventure is now beginning after the recent birth of his first child!  Aubree Ann Fugleberg was born on March 19.  Her delivery was done naturally and she was born a healthy 8 lb 3 oz!

Dr. Fugleberg's passion includes motivating and inspiring others to reach their full health potential.His faith in God, family values, and commitment to excellence all influence his patient care. He emphasizes, "True health is only obtained through positive choices and it's my mission and goal to help others to make healthy lifestyle choices in order to become the person they were created to be!"
