Dr. Jamy Antoine, BS, DC, FICPA

    Dr. Jamy Antoine graduated from         Maranatha Baptist Bible College         in Watertown, Wisconsin, and then     completed his doctorate training at     Northwestern College of Chiropractic     in Bloomington, MN and                     immediately began practicing in         Victoria, MN where he successfully     ran one of the largest practices            in Carver County. Within three years     of practice, he and his staff outgrew     the office space in Victoria, so in         November of 2005, the clinic was         moved to a brand new,                state-of-the-art facility in Chanhassen.  Because of the upgrade in office space, Dr. Antoine is now able to offer additional services including spinal decompression, functional rehabilitation, massage therapy, nutritional counseling, and advanced diagnostic services thanks to a brand new digital x-ray system.

Dr. Antoine has received additional training in pediatric chiropractic, and was awarded a Fellowship in the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in November 2002. He is also currently completing coursework to be certified in Wellness Science through the International Chiropractic Association. His passion is to help families, especially kids, achieve optimum health through natural, chiropractic care and healthy lifestyle choices!

Dr. Antoine’s vision for his practice is to create an oasis where people can learn how to be and stay healthy! He is constantly attending seminars, and learning new information and techniques, in an effort to offer his patients the best that chiropractic has to offer.

His real dream is to practice part time in the U.S., and organize chiropractic mission trips to countries that have little to no exposure to chiropractic and natural health care. In October of 2002, Dr. Antoine, with a team of nurses, an optometrist, and a missionary traveled to the city of Huehuetenango , Guatemala and for 10 days, held clinics and Bible meetings for the people of Guatemala. It was this trip that gave him a passion to help people both spiritually and physically.

After the first few days of seeing people, they lost count of how many people came to be adjusted. “It was unbelievable!” states Dr. Antoine. “People stood in line for hours in order to see me and get their spine adjusted. These people had never had a chiropractor work on them, and it was so fun to see how they came to understand what I was trying to accomplish with them. After an interpreter explained how misaligned vertebrae could cause nerve pressure, and therefore, decrease health potential, it was like a light bulb turned on for them. Their face lit up, and they excitedly laid down on the table to be adjusted. One of the best experiences I had was of a little girl who had been sick her whole life. She had been to several different doctors in Guatemala City and had tried everything for constant leg pain and numbness, stomach pain, coughing, and several other conditions. I adjusted her, and immediately she had feeling again in her legs. She and her mother started crying because this was the first time they could remember that the numbness in her legs was gone – it was a pretty emotional experience!”

Currently, Dr. Antoine’s passion is for his God, his beautiful wife and three kids, mission trips, the army of patients on the road to better health, and educating as many people as possible about the benefits of chiropractic care. “If you ask my wife, she’ll tell you that I’m addicted to constantly improving myself through education in an effort to help as many people as possible.” says Dr. Antoine. “I view each patient as a gift from God that comes with a responsibility to help them achieve health. God sent them to me, and it’s my responsibility to educate them, and offer choices that will help them improve their health, and their life. That’s why I believe in constant and never-ending education in chiropractic technique, understanding of human physiology, exercise, nutrition and the art of application of such tools to meet every person’s needs. The more tools I learn, the more choices I can offer people.”

“For me,” says Dr. Antoine, “this is a calling, not a job, not a profession. I don’t heal anyone. My job is to be used of God to lead people on the road to better health, so they, in turn, can be used more effectively by God for the calling He has for their lives."
