- Massages do not expire and they are transferable.

 - You do not have to be a practice member of HealthQuest to use the massage program. Anyone can use the massages purchased in a package - give one or two to your spouse, friend, relative, etc...Also, please tell all your friends about this program! 

- For every person you refer to our HQ Massage Club - you'll be entered in a monthly raffle to receive a free 60 Minute massage! Your referral does not have to be / become a practice member of HealthQuest.

You will be able to choose which massage therapist you'd like to see. Nick Murza, Dana Loerzel, and Jaimie DeBoer are all fantastic therapists with their own areas of expertise. Click on their name to read more about them. 

If you have been injured in a car or work accident, the HQ Massage Club does not apply as your insurance will be billed.
