Driving Directions

Driving Direction to our office:  As the Stone Creek Town Offices are relatively new, neither Google Maps or Mapquest give accurate directions.

HealthQuest is located on Highway 5, about 1 mile west of downtown Chanhassen, and 1 mile east of  Lifetime Fitness.

From Eden Prairie, east Chanhassen:  take Highway 5 west to Audubon Blvd, turn left and go to your 2nd right which is Coulter Blvd (General Mills is located on Coulter and Audubon, and you can see General Mills from Audubon) Take a right on Coulter, and go about 1 mile to Stone Creek Drive.  Family of Christ Lutheran Church shares Stone Creek Drive as their driveway.  Go around to the front of the office complex, and you will see HealthQuest.

From Waconia, Victoria, Chaska, west Chanhassen:  take Highway 5 east to Galpin. Turn right and go to your first left which is Coulter Blvd. Turn left on Coulter and go about 1 mile to Stone Creek Drive.  Turn left on Stone Creek Drive. Family of Christ Lutheran Church Stone Creek Drive as their driveway.  Go around to the front of the office complex, and you will see HealthQuest.
