After receiving schooling at Winona State University Emily moved to the metro area and began working for Target Corporation for their fraud department. Having a background in dance she has always had an interest for health and wellness.
Emily loves spending time with her husband, puppy and the rest of her family and friends! She also enjoys traveling, shopping, anything dance related, going to Twins games, antiquing, being crafty, reading, dogs, and spending time outside on warm summer days! She has a passion for health and wellness and loves to be able help others improve their health so they can live longer healthier lives as well!
